Daddy Surf, 8 AM – State Park

Good Tuesday morning Y’all – it’s an absolutely beautiful day with plenty sunshine warm muggy temperatures in 80s up to 100s with Heat index, stiff WSW winds 10-15kts and wind waves 1’ to 2’ft = knee to thigh high with poor form.

Water is emerald blue green in upper 80s with Yellow and Purple flags – Jelly fish are present.

There was certainly a longboard/Soft Top wave at County Pier. I opted to skim, but short period wind chop made the approach difficult for me. Knee – thigh size lumps with little hope of finding faces. Wind was stiff onshore. Slight chance of building possible.
