Mr. Surf’s SURF / BEACH / SHOP Report 8/17/19 Saturday evening: Was a beautiful sunny day & warm in 90s. we had winds increase then turn because of a LOW in the Gulf = swell / waves increased throughout the day. Evening was firing with chest to shoulder+ surf & fun. Water is emerald blue-green in 80s with RED flags / Purple flags = some jellies but not bad. No Red Tide. Tropics in Atlantic are getting active with a few waves = keep an eye on the Tropics.
