Mr. Surf’s SURF / BEACH / SHOP Report 9/3/19 Tuesday late afternoon report:Turned out to be another absolutely beautiful beach day and VERY HOT with temps in 90s and heat index in 100s! NO SURF = completely flat with offshore winds / NE. Water absolutely beautiful clear emerald blue-green in 80s. Yellow and Purple flags with jellies reported and Sea Needles. Looking like nice beach weather all week. Hurricane Dorian still a Cat 2 on east Coast.
