Sunnie was sitting in the coffee shop and the Lord clearly highlighted her, so I knew I needed to talk with her. She needed prayer for a very important situation she was waiting to hear about — fearful about whether it would work out the way she so much desired.
I listened to her intently, then waited to hear from Holy Spirit to release what the Lord revealed. As I spoke, Sunnie began to tear up. I said, “Let’s go pray.” We stood in the middle of the shop and I put my Talit around her, anointing her with oil. We removed our shoes.
Once again, the Presence of the Lord was so powerful and Sunnie wept and wept. The shop began to fill up once again as He drew people in to witness it all. They had to walk around us because we were smack dab in the middle of the shop.
The Lord gave me the words she needed — to give her absolute peace, confidence, and security. Fear was gone!
What was so special is she and her husband were there celebrating her birthday. She was SO ecstatic and said, “I’ve got to go out and tell my husband!”
“Thank you so much — this has been the best part of my birthday trip!”
We hugged and I went outside to meet her husband. It’s never a dull moment around here.
