On June 19th we dodged storms from City Pier to the State Park, finding a few fun sessions in between. Here Joey and Tate try to catch one more before the lightning runs us out.
Joey and I try to shoot the pier…without success.
(Mr. Surf’s and the U.S. Coast Guard do not condone the actions of these two brigands)
Tate sets himself up to wait for a section after a super early takeoff
At the State Park evening session Tate finds a wax comb, and I find some hair conditioner
On June 20th – under another beautiful dawn I do my best to secure a spot in Barrel Dodgers Anonymous
Tyler Poole is not a very good Barrel Dodger.
One of the chunkiest ones before the sun came up
Tyler sets up for another section…does he make it?
During the June 21st morning session the waves were bit more mellow, but still fun
Once again Sterling Foster made the most of it.
One of our Florida Sales Reps Eric Worley (@ericworley) showers us locals on his visit here during the afternoon session on the east side of County Pier on June 21st.
On the west side of County Pier I discovered this little refraction wave, and managed a micro floater on a wave that was almost perpendicular to shore
