Today’s (Tuesday 10/6/20) SURF / BEACH Report: We are (SURF SHOP) OPEN Tues. – Sat. 8:30am-4pm & Sun. 10:30am-4pm / Mondays – CLOSED = it’s our Sabbath.
Attention: Hurricane Delta CAT 4 = a Major Hurricane is forecast to hit Louisiana late Friday. ALL EYES on the Gulf and do not let your guards down. We will get very large swells / surf. Swell should begin to push in our beaches late tomorrow / Thursday. Today was very nice with a mixture of light clouds and sunshine and NE winds at 10-15kts. We went Westward to surf larger waves on South Walton Beaches. Well worth the drive. The beaches were packed with tourists = hard finding a parking space. Gulf water over there is clear & nice in upper 70s. Yellow flags / Purple flags with a few jellies but not bad. NO Red Tide. Y’all have a blessed night and enjoy the pics.
