Mr. Surf’s SURF & BEACH Report Thursday 5/9/19: It’s an absolutely beautiful beach day! Clear sunny skies with temps nice and warm in the 70/80s with ESE winds at about 10-12 mph. Choppy conditions with waves coming in at about knee to thigh high w/ some hip high sets. Clear emerald blue-green water warm in 70s! Red Flags / No Red Tide. Some reports of “jellyfish” (Portuguese Man o’War) at St. Andrew’s State Park. The Ironman 70.3 is coming to town on Saturday so watch out for those athletes that have already started their training in preparation. Drop in at the shop if ya need anything and /or Prayer!
