Mr. Surf’s SURF & BEACH Report Friday 5/10/19: It’s an absolutely beautiful beach day! Sunny skies with some clouds and temps warm in the 80s with light SSE winds. Ground swell with waves at 1-2ft and plenty push = knee to thigh high with larger peaks at times. Clear emerald blue-green water warm in 70s! Red Flags / No Red Tide. Didn’t see any jellies today, but lots of fish and TWO VERY LARGE SHARKS! Makes surfing more of an adventure when you’re surfing with the ‘Man in the Grey Suit!’ Be safe and stay alert when going out today. The Ironman 70.3 is coming to town tomorrow so watch out for those athletes that have already started their training in preparation. Drop in at the shop if ya need anything and /or Prayer!
